Plus God is a theological exploration of the divine across cultures, places, and people — for the curious, the questioning, and the deeply devoted.
What does God feel like in Lagos? In London? In a rural church in Mississippi, or a temple in Kyoto, or a kitchen table in Brooklyn where a grandmother is saying grace over a meal she stretched to feed seven?
WHY +GOD?
Plus God is a question more than an answer.
It grew out of years of gospel radio, seminary study, my popular merch brand: girl+god, and a deeply personal reckoning with what faith means when life doesn't go the way you planned. It is rooted in rigorous theological training and wide-open curiosity about how the divine shows up differently and beautifully depending on where you stand.
Through writing, travel, conversation, and community, Plus God explores:
How do we experience God in the fullness of ourselves
What culture shapes our understanding of the sacred
What diverse theological traditions teach us about God, money, suffering, and flourishing
How personal faith evolves and what it means when it does
How do we think about the ways we experience God through our entire being
The places in the world where the presence of God is almost impossible to ignore.
