Blessings to you wit yo fine self.
wherever you are in the world…
Yes, I'm talking to you.
Thank you for coming to my sacred space online. I'm a public theologian with a Master of Theological Studies from Emory University, Candler School of Theology.
Some of you know me from radio or YouTube. Or maybe you don't know me at all. Which is fine because I don't know you either.😉
The master of theology baddie.
Saying goodbye to my radio show.
But I'm so glad you’RE here.
Life is so interesting. One day you’re a kid and you are taught to have one thing to say when someone asks what you want to be when you grow up.
But as you grow up you realize that life is going to change and you will also change and your interests and career and gifts may take you in a completely different direction.
ie. me leaving my life-long dream of media to end up in seminary.
I’m not gonna lie, sometimes I wonder if I made a mistake by leaving the industry to pursue theological studies.
But I didn’t.
One thing I don’t play about is honoring the sacred call on my own life.
Even when that sh*t sounds crazy.
My life's work has always been this: Helping people — but mostly women — stop giving AF about what people think and start living a life that actually aligns with who you truly are.
You may not know who you are at this moment. But you owe it to yourself to find out.
Let’s do it, together. Shall we?
I've always been a lil insecure about my writing but my professors would say that ya girl can write — so I'm going to get over myself and continue my yapping on Substack.
If you're done getting in your own way too, join me there.
